These terms cover your use of Roundhippo and orders placed with us as an independent online retailer. Read the selected accessory description, price and purchase quantity before ordering. We provide free Standard shipping to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, and eligible return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery. The linked policies explain the full rules; non-waivable consumer rights remain in force.
Using this storefront
Use accurate account, contact and delivery information. Keep your account access secure and tell us if you suspect misuse. Do not interfere with security, send malicious code, misuse the site or another person’s information, or use store content in a way that infringes rights. We may limit access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, subject to applicable law.
Accessory descriptions and selected units
Hat fit ranges and brim widths, scarf length and width, belt sizes, materials and multi-piece counts belong to specific listings and selected options. One daisy pin listing states 12 pieces; that count does not apply to another brooch. Styling photos can show several colors or objects without adding them to the stated purchase unit. Measurements marked approximate or estimated are not a guaranteed personal fit. We do not promise unlisted sun protection, allergy suitability, metal purity, laundering method or compatibility. Contact us before ordering when a particular fiber or exact size is essential.
Prices, tax, orders and payment
Store prices are in USD. The final available payment methods, applicable tax and order total appear during checkout; Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. destinations. Shopify Payments is not currently activated and a successful paid checkout has not been verified. Acknowledging receipt of an order is not an unconditional promise to fulfill an unavailable, invalid or suspicious order. If we cannot fulfill, we will contact you and provide the appropriate cancellation or refund. We do not impose a subscription or automatic renewal unless a separate offer expressly says so; none is established by these terms.
Dispatch, delivery and cancellation
We ship only to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free with no minimum order. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch is estimated at 2–4 business days, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These estimates are not delivery guarantees. We do not promise a particular carrier, delivery on a precise date, APO/FPO/DPO service or U.S. territory delivery. Alaska and Hawaii are within the configured U.S. service region. Ask before ordering for a PO Box, because eligibility depends on the shipment. If we cannot dispatch within the stated time, we will tell you and offer a new estimate or cancellation with a timely refund. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation before dispatch; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started. Read the Shipping Policy.
Returns, sets and refunds
Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. A change-of-mind return must be unused and undamaged with included accessories and set pieces. Tell us promptly about damage, defects, a wrong item or a stated set arriving short. We provide a prepaid return label for approved eligible returns, charge no restocking fee and do not offer exchanges. Do not mail a return to our correspondence address without instructions. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. Read the Refund Policy.
Store content and third parties
Roundhippo’s site text, design and marks are subject to applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the site for personal shopping; other use needs permission unless the law allows it. Third-party marks remain their owners’ property; a product listing does not imply manufacture, sponsorship or endorsement by those owners. Shopify hosts the store, and payment, delivery or map services may apply their own terms and privacy rules. External links do not transfer our retail obligations to those providers.
Availability and protected rights
We work to keep product information and pages accurate, but temporary errors or outages can occur. We may correct an error and contact an affected customer. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent allowed by law and does not exclude fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or remedies that federal or state consumer law makes non-waivable. We do not claim these terms replace rights in defective or misdescribed goods.
Applicable law, revisions and contact
Applicable U.S. federal and state law governs as relevant to the transaction and your protected rights. We do not claim a special legal jurisdiction or corporate registration not verified for this store. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest remains effective to the extent lawful. We may update these terms for future use and display the revision date above; a change does not silently remove rights already earned on an order. Contact us about any question before purchase.
