Roundhippo uses personal information to run this Shopify storefront, answer accessory questions, process orders and handle after-sales requests. Reading this policy or dismissing a notice does not grant consent to optional advertising technology.
What reaches us
When you order, create an account, ask about hat circumference or scarf fiber, report a missing piece from a set, seek a return or make a privacy request, you may give us your name, contact details, address, order and selected-item details, photographs or messages. Shopify and payment providers handle payment information; we receive transaction status rather than needing your full card number or CVV. Store and service technology can record IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, cart events, referral information and approximate location derived from technical data.
Why we use it and who assists
We use the information to present the store, remember a cart, check payment status, fulfill and track an order, answer a fit or material question, arrange an approved prepaid return, respond to a short or incorrect set, prevent fraud, secure the site and meet legal duties. Shopify hosts the store and supplies checkout and privacy tools. Payment processors, delivery and return-service providers, technical hosts and customer-support tools may receive the information needed for their roles. We may disclose information when law requires it or to protect rights, safety and the service. We do not treat Shopify or a payment provider as the seller of our goods.
Cookies and advertising tools
Necessary cookies and similar storage support cart, checkout and security. Preference tools may remember a choice; analytics tools, if enabled, measure use. Advertising cookies and pixels, if activated, can measure campaigns or help present relevant ads. Google Ads conversion tracking, remarketing, Google Analytics, Enhanced Conversions and personalized ads are described as possibilities, not as confirmed active services. We do not assert that any named Google tool is currently running. Browser controls and Shopify privacy controls can affect optional technologies; a policy notice alone is not consent.
The directly loaded map
Our homepage and Contact page embed Google Maps for the Tucson correspondence address. Loading the map can send IP address, browser and request information to Google, including when you do not click it. The map does not identify a customer pickup or return point. See Google’s privacy information.
Storage, protection and processing locations
We keep records for the time reasonably needed for order service, returns, accounting, legal duties, fraud prevention and disputes; exact periods depend on the record and law. We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is guaranteed perfectly secure. Shopify and other providers may process or store information outside your state or country, subject to their arrangements and applicable protections.
Your U.S. state rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, including California’s CCPA/CPRA and other state privacy laws, you may seek access or knowledge, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or information about disclosures. You may be able to opt out of a sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and avoid unlawful discrimination for exercising a right. Rights have lawful exceptions and may vary by state; we do not claim identical rights in every state.
Opt-out choices and Global Privacy Control
Use Your Privacy Choices for the Shopify process available to your location, or email us with “Privacy request.” Browser settings can restrict cookies. Where supported and legally required, a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out of activity considered sale or sharing for the browser or device sending it. A browser signal may not identify every account linked to you; contact us for an account-level request. We do not silently change your privacy settings on your behalf.
Requests, verification, agents and appeals
Tell us which right you seek and provide enough detail to find the relevant account or order. We may ask for proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing records and may need proof of an authorized agent’s authority. We respond within the applicable legal period and explain an extension or lawful denial when required. To appeal a qualifying declined request, email “Privacy appeal” with the decision reference; we will explain the available appeal path and response under applicable law.
Children and changes
This store is intended for general shoppers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek children’s personal information for independent marketing. If you believe a child provided information, contact us. We may revise this page as practices change and will update the date above. The automatically managed Shopify policy remains available at its own link; contact us if the two notices appear inconsistent.
